For several years now I have been doing allot of online Video Training for individuals, Teams and my own Conroy Hockey groups.

The feedback I have gotten is that his training is extremely valuable with excellent feedback. I have already created several training videos that your Team or organization can use again and again.

These Videos have my teaching the kids and the feedback from the kids I am teaching and can help your team/organization to learn and to improve.

This training requires no preparation and is delivered to your players while everyone is at home and or it can simply be provided to them to watch.

I do my best to engage, entertain and to educate the Players in ways that will impact them. I also have a supporting document that I give to the Players to write down what they see in their own words for better retention.They can keep these notes and build a hockey textbook.

With my Spring Summer students, they add this document to their Conroy Hockey Workbook that I provide to them.

The lessons taught are basic and are relevant to their age and for the future.

Both the Players and their Parents appreciate the training.

NOTE: I encourage the Parents to participate so that we are on the “same page” as Parents often spend more time coaching their players than coaches. Often Parents are teaching incorrect ideas and concepts.

These are not professionally created videos they are just a learned Coach teaching players things that the need to know.

Purchase the Videos

I offer the following to your Team or Organization.

1. Custom Video Training/Consulting for a Team or subgroup on a specific topic. The cost is $ 100.00 per hour.
   1. The team simply chooses a time to meet online and provides the material to be reviewed, and the audience and I will create the invite and do the training.
   2. The Video can be part of a larger training program.
   3. Topics can be any weakness on the team.
   4. This Video can be used by the Team only.

2. Incident Review, I can also review video of penalties for alearned, honest objective 3rd party opinion on incidents I was a referee for 35 years in addition to everything else.
3. Video Purchase. These Videos will:
   1. Can be viewed hundreds of times.
   2. Help to train Coaches and Players alike.
   3. Can save Coaches time and money.
   4. Can help to educate Parents with expert 3rd party training.
   5. Create consistencies in your organizations systems at different ages.
   6. Provide a solid base for Players to learn proper techniques from their early stages
4. Video Types. I have created 3 or more videos targeted for different age groups. U 11, U 13,& U 15.

5. Video Use. To use the videos is easy, you simply copy the link to the Video and share it with your team. You could even use the Video in a Teams Talk and narrate that with your Team.
6. 17 Videos. There are a total of 17 Videos.
   1. To lease1 Video for unlimited usage the cost is $ 150.00 plus GST.
   2. To lease all 17 Videos the cost is $ 1,750.00 plus GST.
   3. You will have access to the Videos until March 31, 2027.

8. The Videos remain the property of Conroy 888 Ltd.and are to be used only within your organization. For each sale I will prepare a Lease Agreement and Invoice.
