Conroy Hockey, Refund Policy.

Once a deposit or payment is made for a CH program a REFUND will be provided under the following circumstances:
- If Conroy Hockey cancels a program.
- If the Government or Arena cancels the ice times.
NOTE: We do not keep a portion for “administration” we do our best to respect our clients and expect the same in return.
If the player can not make a program, there are 2 options:
- If there are players on a waiting list for that specific program and If the waiting list player pays for the program, then a refund will be provided.
- The currently signed up player can “sell” their spot to a new player that is currently not involved in the program. Please be sure to notify Conroy Hockey by email in the event of a new player.
